Rabbi visits every Jewish prisoner in Illinois every month

The pop-culture picture of clergy working in prisons is someone with a collar. A catholic priest. A christian minister. But one man with a black fedora and a long beard can be found every month in prisons from Chicago to Cairo, tending to the spiritual needs of Jewish prisoners. Rabbi Benyomin Sheiman talks about his mission and the miles he puts on his car. Photo Courtesy of Twitter
