Rare Hamilton And Lincoln Documents On Display In Chicago

With over 16,000 books written about our 16th president, interest in Abraham Lincoln never seems to wane. Interest in an earlier American hero, Alexander Hamilton, has surged since Lin Manuel Miranda’s musical hit the Broadway stage in 2015.

You can get close to both men this weekend, as some of their rare hand-written documents are put on display at the Chicago Antiques + Art + Design Show.

Historic document dealer Seth Kaller owns these unique historical pieces. He joins Morning Shift to talk about their worth as artifacts and how they help us get inside the minds of these great patriots.
