The Hidden Half: Non-teaching school staff is skyrocketing
A new report out today by the Thomas B. Fordham Institute finds that the number of school staff that are not teachers has skyrocketed all across the country. Illinois seems to be one of just four states that bucked that trend. Amber Northern, the vice president of research at the Fordham Institute, has the details on the report.
