Every year the non-profit theater company Pegasus Players hosts the Young Playwrights Festival, a competition that offers high school students around Chicago the chance to see their work brought to life in a professional setting. Alexus Williams, one of this year’s winners, and Pegasus’ Ilesa Duncan tell us about the process and what the festival means to them.
