A tentative agreement has been reached that could end a nationwide strike for oil refinery workers. Now, the pressure is on local refineries and unions to reach a deal. Talks are expected to resume Friday between striking workers in Northwest Indiana and oil giant BP. It’s been more than a month since workers walked off the job at the Whiting refinery.
