By all accounts, we’re smack dab in the middle of a terrible flu season. More people are getting sick than at any time during the last 10 years, and that flu vaccine you got — or maybe forgot to get — is reportedly only 10 percent effective. So, what the heck is going on? And what preventative measures can you take to avoid or treat the flu?
