World Water Day sheds light on rich but finite resource

For World Water Day, we discuss one of mankind’s most precious and important resources: how we use it, how we can conserve it and where we might be in danger of losing it. Those of us in the Great Lakes region take water much more for granted than people in large swaths of the globe, or even the western U.S. Howard Lerner, Executive Director of the Environmental Law and Policy Center, gets us ready for World Water Day by talking about water usage and conservation programs in the Chicago region.
