The stock market had another volatile day Tuesday, but recovered some after its record 1,175 point drop on Monday. Lawmakers in Pennsylvania have until the end of the week to completely redraw the state’s congressional districts, after the state Supreme Court ruled that the current map violates the state’s Constitution. And there are just two days left before the federal government runs out of money - again.
