The FCC’s rules about blackouts for professional sports may be changing just in time for the return of NFL football and if you’ve been in a cab or small business you may have paid by having your a card swiped by that little white square that plugs into a smartphone. The company that makes that mobile card reader is a start up called Square. But Amazon is about to take a big bite out of their business.
