In a 6-3 decision today, the Supreme Court ruled startup streaming service, Aereo, violated copyright law when it used miniature antennas to distribute broadcast signals for a fee. In another decision, the court ruled unanimously in favor of requiring police to get warrants to search the cellphones of people they arrest.
