The Internet's impact on the quality of life in Chicago neighborhoods

How does internet use improve the quality of life in our neighborhoods? Broadband usage nationally ranks at around 60 percent. In neighborhoods like Lincoln Park and Lakeview, it's almost 90 percent. They will be presenting their work on how internet use changes quality of life, at a University of Chicago social innovations conference this Friday.
