How does internet use improve the quality of life in our neighborhoods? Broadband usage nationally ranks at around 60 percent. In neighborhoods like Lincoln Park and Lakeview, it’s almost 90 percent. But in Pilsen or Humboldt Park, it’s closer to 45 percent. Susana Vasquez, Executive Director of LISC Chicago, and Jason Kunesh, CEO of Public Good Software, join us in studio. They will be presenting their work on how internet use changes quality of life, at a University of Chicago social innovations conference this Friday.
