2008 Making Media Connections Conference - Your Story, Their Voice

Making Media Connections is an annual conference where hundreds of community leaders, nonprofit executives, journalists, independent publishers and media relations experts gather to promote news that matters.  Listen in as media experts and the general public gather together to discuss getting communities' important stories told.

This afternoon panel focuses on the role of columnists, with Deanna Isaacs of the Chicago Reader, Rafael Romo of Hoy Newspaper, Dawn Turner Trice of the Chicago Tribune, and Mark Brown of the Chicago Sun-Times.  The panel was moderated by Alexander Pope of Advocate Charitable Foundation.
