Fathers’ Day is coming up this Sunday…and all over the country families are preparing their commemorations of Dear Ole Dad.  But the holiday may be difficult for others who don’t know or are estranged from their fathers.

That was the case for Charlie Rizzo.

As a very young boy living in Chicago, Charlie’s mother and blind father split up.  Charlie’s mom took him to Los Angeles.  Then one day, Charlie’s father, Matt showed up in California with his driver and took off back to Chicago.
