Advocates Say Chicago Lacks Affordable Rental Housing

As foreclosures have increased over the past few years, the bulk of media attention has been paid to struggling homeowners. But a new report released Tuesday from Chicago's Metropolitan Tenants Organization shows renters aren't faring well, either. John Bartlett, executive director of the Metropolitan Tenants Organization, discusses the study.
