John Moulder’s life mission is to soothe souls in more ways than one. He’s an acclaimed Jazz guitarist who’s appeared on more than two-dozen recordings as a leader or sideman. And he’s also a Catholic priest at St. Gregory’s on the city’s North Side. Now Father Moulder has paired his ministry with his music by creating the Chi-Town Jazz Festival to fill the food banks and feed the hungry. He tells us more. Father John Moulder is an artist in residence at St. Gregory’s parish on Chicago’s north side.
