The benefits of regular workouts have shown everything from improved mental health to disease prevention, but what about insomnia? A quarter of all Americans aren't getting the sleep they need. Reuters
reports that aerobic exercise can help, citing new research out of Northwestern University. The study followed 23 adults who were poor sleepers and put them on a four-month fitness routine. At the end of the study, the subjects who exercised saw an improvement in their quality of sleep.
