Chicago Set To Spend $5 Million To Settle Police Shooting Lawsuits

A Chicago city council committee is scheduled to vote Monday on more than 5 million dollars to settle lawsuits over two men killed by police. $2.4 million would settle a case related to the 2011 shooting death of Darius Pinex.

Also on Monday's agenda: $3 million for the mother of Cedrick Chatman. Chatman was 17 when a police officer shot and killed him in 2013.
