There will be some chills, thrills and a few bumps in the night when October draws to a close this weekend. After all Sunday is Halloween. Then again you may have felt more frightened by all the political posturing that’s dominated the news this month.

So before we turn the page on this very scary month, we feel compelled to present you with the Month in Review.
Oh—the horror of the endless budget overruns, the non-stop political ads! Like zombies that just won’t quit!
So we brought in a few monster-slayers to do battle and make sense of October’s news.
