Almost 2/3 of the population of Honduras live in rural areas, and 80 percent of the rural people are poor.

Lisa Armstrong is the administrator of Fellow Man International of Honduras.

They work with the poorest of the poor in the mountains of Honduras.  There, Fellow Man International runs a health clinic, agricultural projects, and they even started their own coffee company that provides a living wage to its workers.
