DePaul University’s International Human Rights Law Institute sponsors the Iraq History Project, a series of gathered personal narratives from victims and their families, witnesses, perpetrators, and others regarding human rights violations committed in Iraq from 1968 - 2008.
The Project collected over 8,900 testimonies documenting individual experiences of torture, massacres, assassinations, rape, kidnapping, disappearances, and other violations. And DePaul University is hosting the Iraq History Project Art Festival Sunday October 3, 2010.
