We’ll with the first month of the new year drawing to a close, we thought it’s time to get out the best of 2011 list. This week on Radio M host Tony Sarabia and Chicago Reader music writer Peter Margasak convene to compare their Best Of lists. Occasionally their 2011 favorites do intersect; like their love of Tinariwen’s Tassili release.

But not surprisingly, Margasak has a tad more from Brazil on his list and they all rock! Too many albums not enough time. But we’ve attached each of their lists here for your reference. Cheers.
