Called “hysterically funny” by Judd Apatow, Maria has been featured on Late Night with Conan O’Brien, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, The Late Show with Craig Kilborn, Jimmy Kimmel Live and stared in the hilarious series of Target Black Friday commercials two years in a row. Bamford’s cult hit web series is being displayed at the Museum of Art and Design in New York and stars in the Comedy Central series, The Comedians of Comedy, based on the documentary. She is also the first female comic to have two Comedy Central Presents half-hour specials and was listed as Variety’s Top Ten Comics to Watch. Currently Maria contributes comedic voiceovers for such animations as Cartoon Network’s Adventure Time, Disney Channel’s Kick Buttowski, Nickelodeon’s Kung Fu Panda, PBS’s Emmy-winning series Word Girl and the upcoming Tight Bros for Adult Swim.
