Eight Forty-Eight

Remembering Apple innovator Steve Jobs

Apple co-founder Steve Jobs revolutionized the personal computer, smartphone and music industry. The man who brought the world the iPod, the iPhone and even Buzz Lightyear died Wednesday after a years-long battle with cancer at the age of 56. Many consumers and competitors hung on his every word since the mid '70s. The Chicago Tribune's business reporter, Wailin Wong spoke briefly to Eight Forty-Eight about the innovator who sparked a cultural transformation.

On Friday, Eight Forty-Eight will talk more about the impact of Steve Jobs on the industry and how companies like Apple move forward after the loss of a leader.
