Superintendent Johnson Meets With Attorney General Sessions

 The Chicago Police Department says a meeting between Superintendent Eddie Johnson and Attorney General Jeff Sessions was productive. Johnson and other police chiefs met with Sessions to talk about reducing violence in major cities. Johnson asked for things like more federal agents and more assistant U.S. attorneys. A CPD spokesman said Sessions was receptive to the requests. Today, Johnson plans to meet with the nominee for Deputy Attorney General.
