Take three musicians Rwandan genocide survivors, let them play guitar and sing soulful songs that almost sound like they come out of a Nashville bar, and roll tape. The outcome is a stripped down album called Kigali Y’ Izahabu from the band called The Good Ones. Their songs are all about love and althohg you may not understand the Rwandan street dialect of their soning you can sense their emotion in each song.
