The Luna Blues Machine Trippin from High School Hallways to World Music Fest

The Luna Blues Machine is a Latin acoustic Soul trio from Chicago. Or are they Urban Folk? Singers Belinda and Maritza seem to disagree... But whatever the label, their songs are rich with beautiful vocal harmonies and poetic lyrics. The band recently had a pleasure to perform at the World Music Festival in Chicago and came on Vocalo's MusicVox show (M-F, 7-9pm) to tell us about their musical upbringing with a father who sang about mailmen, and their early attempts at live performances in the hallways of their high school. Later in the interview they perform an unreleased song "Trippin" live on MusicVox Luna Blues live on MusicVox Interviewed by MusicVox host Jesse Menendez Listen to their live performance of "Trippin" and download "Sucia" for FREE here!
