Some say the market is the best place to solve the problem of supply and demand. We take a look at the privatization of water, here in the Great Lakes region and beyond, with Charles Fishman, author of The Big Thirst: The Secret Life and Turbulent Future of Water. Also, in September, BBC Persian aired a profile of Iran’s Ayatollah Khamenei. The government reacted by immediately blocking BBC’s satellite feed and arresting several filmmakers, none of whom had anything to do with the documentary. We speak with the film’s director about Iran’s fracturing political system.
