In May, Egypt is set to hold its first presidential election since the uprising. Three of its main presidential candidates have been barred from running. The decision to disqualify the candidates has left many questioning whether the upcoming election will truly be free and fair. Worldview talks with Cairo-based journalist Ashraf Khalil to find out what’s behind the political maneuvering. Also, the Uzbek government, in an effort to control the population, has been sterilizing women without their knowledge.
