An Illinois gun rights group is speaking out against a bill that would create a state licensing system for gun stores. The bill has the support of Chicago politicians and the head of the police department, who argue more oversight is needed to stop the flow of illegal guns into Chicago. Valinda Rowe with the group Illinois Carry says more regulations and new fees could drive small gun store owners out of business.
