A 23-story high-rise is being proposed for Chicago’s West Town neighborhood. It would be on Milwaukee Avenue between Grand and Chicago and would be the tallest building in the area. Earlier this year, the neighborhood was dubbed a downtown expansion zone, meaning developers can propose zoning changes that would allow for taller buildings. The proposal will still need City Council approval.
