Chicago Global Citizen Nights

Chicago Global Citizen Nights is a free concert being held this Thursday the 24th at The Vic. It's headlined by Aloe Blacc with folk/pop duo Johnnyswim. The concert is part of The Global Poverty Project’s concert series that aims to help eradicate extreme poverty by 2030. The concert is free but people have to “earn” their tickets by taking some sort of action. We'll talk with Hugh Evans, the CEO of The Global Poverty Project. He'll explain how the organization is using music, technology and grassroots activism to address poverty. (Photo: Facebook/Global Poverty Project)
