Chicago’s 'Thai Town'

Four years ago, chef Arun Sampathavivat announced he would bring together the Thai community of Chicago. His plan was to take an old Police Station on Pulaski Road in Albany Park and turn it into a Thai cultural center, restaurant, Buddhist shrine and more.
