Connections Between Islamophobia And Donald Trump's Rhetoric

Presidential candidate, Donald Trump, yesterday proposed an ideological test for potential immigrants who could have what he calls radical Islamic beliefs. The proposal was part of a speech in Ohio that put forward his vision for dealing with terrorism. 

Many Muslim activists believe such language adds to a climate of hate attacks against Muslims. Most recently, an Imam and his assistant were murdered over the weekend in Queens, New York. They were both shot in the head - execution style.
