Global Notes: World musicians denied visas in the UK

Chicago’s annual World Music Festival has been victim over the years of State Department policy regarding performing artists from around the globe. Visas have been denied to a group or artist, sometimes without reason. Turns out this is happening in Britain as well. This week on Global Notes we talk with Manick Govinda.
