This week President Salva Kiir of South Sudan signed a peace accord aimed at ending nearly two years of conflict. Since the start of the civil war in 2013, at least eight peace deals have collapsed before ever taking effect. The conflict began as power struggle between Kiir and his former deputy, Riek Machar. The latest film by director Hubert Sauper, We Come as Friends, explores the moment when Sudan was being divided into two nations. Film contributor Milos Stehlik and Hubert Sauper join us to discuss the film and what is happening in South Sudan.
