Human Rights Watch expert says not much has changed in Guantanamo
Andrea Prasow is Senior National Security Counsel and Advocate of U.S. Program for Human Rights Watch (HRW). She has, for years, closely followed U.S. security and counterterrorism policy, especially the treatment of Guantanamo Bay detainees. Recently, Prasow was quoted as saying that, “It's utterly clear that our legal system at Guantanamo has continued to avoid any real-life involvement with our rule of law and our cherished "values." We’ll talk with her about how much, or little, has changed in U.S. terrorism policy since we spoke with her in 2010.
