NATO reports Russian troops have moved into Ukraine

The Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), which is monitoring the ceasefire agreement between Russia and Ukraine, has reported seeing columns of soldiers and tanks traveling into Ukraine from Russia. NATO officials have echoed these reports and confirmed that Russian troops and military equipment have crossed over the border.
