Relief efforts underway to help typhoon victims

The president of the Philippines has declared a state of emergency in the aftermath of typhoon Haiyan. It’s estimated that as many as 10,000 people may have been killed. Many people are still waiting for aid. We’ll hear a report with the latest news from the BBC and find out what the local community here is doing to help.
