Dr. Brian H. Williams wants to end the U.S. gun violence epidemic

His new book ‘The Bodies Keep Coming’ tells the story of what he calls racialized gun violence in the U.S. It also proposes solutions.

The U.S. healthcare system is still informed by decades of racial segregation, and the impacts of gun violence are more heavily felt by Black Americans. All of this and more is detailed in raw dispatches from a Black trauma surgeon.

Reset speaks with the doctor about his experiences as a Black man and a medical professional to plot a way forward.
