“A Chicago Public Radio gubernatorial debate yesterday set the stage for a raucus press conference involving all five Republican candidates for Governor.
After the hour-long debate, candidates took questions from the media in what unraveled into a bare-knuckle discussion of ethics in government.
Just this last weekend front runner Illinois Treasurer Judy Baar Topinka released an ethics plan.
In it, she proposed new limits on campaign contributions from people who do business with the state.
