Three Bank Robbery Suspects in Custody

Alton Marshall, Henry Bluford and David Vance are charged with one count each of federal armed bank robbery and using a firearm to commit a violent crime.

Authorities said the arrests came after key witnesses contacted the FBI with information.

Special Agent Robert Grant of the Chicago FBI Office says the complaints don’t specify the alleged shooter.

GRANT: I think I’d put it this way: We know we have all the right players and we have them all arrested. As to who was the shooter, we have our own personal views, based on the evidence.

Grant says a fourth suspect is also in custody but has not been charged.

Prosecutors say murder could be added to the charges, opening up the possibility of the death penalty.
