Hillary Rodham Clinton has won a largely symbolic victory in Puerto Rico’s presidential primary. Early returns show the former first lady with a convincing win over Democratic rival Barack Obama. Obama has nabbed 17 more delegates leaving him just 47 short of the number needed to clinch the nomination.
