Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich held a press conference in Chicago today to comment on the new budget passed by lawmakers over the weekend. He said he hasn’t decided if he’ll veto the budget. Blagojevich called the budget passed “out of whack,” but he doesn’t think things will get as bad as last year.
