Web Extra: 'Just Going to Have to Ride Out' Floods

Bob Paganucci and his family live in a two-year-old home just off Meyers Bay in Fox Lake, Illinois. We visited Paganucci last week, when floodwaters had fully submerged his back yard and formed a canal between his house and his garage. This is the third time since August the property had flooded.

We checked-in with Paganucci today to see how his house—and family—were holding up as flood waters continued to rise. He says he gave up his sandbagging efforts a few days ago.
