Chicago Mayor Richard Daley held a press conference on the record amount of college scholarships awarded to Chicago Public Schools students this year. He also took questions on recent Wall Street turbulence, Chicago’s new standing as America’s most stressful city, the budget, and the safety of city workers booting cars.
