Chicago Mayor Richard Daley is heading overseas again.
Daley and other Chicago leaders are traveling to China and Korea to showcase the city’s business opportunities and promote local workers.
DALEY: If you a talent, a talented pool of people, then companies will come. If we don’t have the talent to deal with these companies, companies will not come. That’s why it’s very very important we stress the talent here in the city of Chicago.
During the trip the mayor is expected to launch a “Chicago Days” event at the 2010 World Expo.
The mayor’s office says the trip is being paid for by the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce and World Business Chicago.
