It’s a battle of two undefeated, longtime rivals tonight at Soldier Field.

Every game between the Chicago Bears and Green Bay Packers generates a lot of excitement among fans and players. The teams began their storied rivalry back in 1921.

But when they clash tonight, first place in the NFC North will be on the line. Both teams are 2-0. It’s the Bears’ best start since their Super Bowl season of 2006 when they won their first seven games.

The Bears’ Jay Cutler comes into the game with the NFL’s highest quarterback rating. But his Packers’ counterpart Aaron Rodgers will be a big challenge for the Bears defense, led by a healthy and rejuvenated Brian Urlacher. Bears starting left tackle Chris Williams and backup safety Major Wright will miss tonight’s game because of hamstring injuries. Kickoff is set for 7:30.
