Jim Kirk is no stranger to Chicago media. The new editor-in-chief of the Chicago Sun-Times used to write the Inc. column for the Chicago Tribune. And just recently he was the editor of Crain's Chicago Business. Kirk knows Chicago.

Jim Kirk reflects on his career and the challenges that the Sun-Times Media Group face.
