An argument over the Lincoln Park School annex leads to a fist fight between parents. Mayor Rahm Emmanuel announced a $15 million addition for Lincoln Elementary which is having problems with overcrowding. But poorer schools in the districts are facing much more overcrowding that isn't being addressed. WBEZ education reporter, Linda Lutton joins us in studio with DNAinfo reporter Paul Biasco.
