How at risk populations are surviving the cold

With the extreme frigid weather upon us, it’s become a Chicago pastime for people to swap war stories about how are they surviving the cold. Reporter Linda Paul met a man whose only way to survive the winter is by working outside. We share excerpts from their conversation on survival. Plus, we're joined by Steve Jensen, president of the Bucktown Community Association, who hit the streets on Sunday trying to convince area homeless people to take shelter for the upcoming days.
